Throughout the spring, many ALL ALS staff attended and participated in ALS community events across the U.S, including walks and health fairs. These events offered our staff important opportunities to connect with the ALS community in person, strengthen our relationships with ALS support and advocacy organizations, and share information about research opportunities.
Some of the events that ALL ALS staff attended include:
- Active Against ALS’s Twinkie Run
- ALS Hope Foundation’s Veterans Clinical Research Learning Institute
- ALS United events in Colorado, Connecticut, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Utah
- Walk to Defeat ALS events in Florida, Nebraska, and North Dakota
